Mold Steel Knowledge
Mold steel and tool steel are widely used in plastic injection molds, die casting molds, stamping dies, hot work tools, cold work tools and precision machining. Different grades have different hardness, toughness, wear resistance, heat resistance and polishing performance.
Common mold steel grades include H13, SKD61, D2, SKD11, Cr12MoV, P20, 718, D3 and other customized grades. Selecting the correct steel grade depends on mold type, working temperature, service life requirement, machining method and final application.
Ferroalloy Knowledge
Ferroalloys are important alloying materials used in steelmaking, casting and metallurgical production. They help adjust chemical composition, improve mechanical properties and support production of special steel and alloy steel.
