Product Overview
Ferromanganese (FeMn) is one of the most widely consumed ferroalloys in steelmaking, serving as both a powerful deoxidizer and a key alloying element for manganese. It is essential for carbon steel, low-alloy high-strength steel (HSLA), and wear-resistant steel production.
JF Metals supplies three major series — Low Carbon (LC), Medium Carbon (MC), and High Carbon (HC) — covering Mn content from 65% to 82%, meeting GB/T, ASTM, and customer-specific requirements. Produced via submerged-arc furnace smelting from premium manganese ore, our FeMn offers consistent chemistry and excellent dissolution behavior.
Pricing basis: Mn 75%. Shipments with higher Mn content are priced at a premium; lower Mn at a discount — calculated against the base Mn 75% quotation. Each lot is sampled, sealed, and tested, with full Mill Test Certificate (MTC) provided.
