FAQ – Tool Steel & Ferroalloy Supplier China

Hubei Jiefeng Metallurgy (JF Metals) is a Chinese metallurgy trading and processing company established in 2008, based in Huangshi, Hubei Province. We supply tool steel and ferroalloys to global markets.

We supply two main product lines: tool steel (H13/SKD61, D2/SKD11, D3/1.2080, Cr12MoV, P20/718 and more) and ferroalloys (ferromolybdenum, ferrovanadium, ferrochrome, ferrosilicon, ferrotungsten and ferromanganese).

JF Metals supplies ferromolybdenum (FeMo) from China, backed by 1000+ tons of ferroalloy in regular stock. We offer FeMo, FeV, FeCr, FeSi, FeW and FeMn with full chemical certificates.

H13 (AISI) and SKD61 (JIS) are equivalent hot work tool steel grades for die-casting dies, extrusion dies and hot forging dies. SKD61 is the Japanese JIS designation of AISI H13, also known as DIN 1.2344.

D2 (AISI) and SKD11 (JIS) are equivalent high-carbon high-chromium cold work tool steel grades with excellent wear resistance for blanking dies and shear blades. SKD11 is the Japanese JIS designation of AISI D2, also known as DIN 1.2379.

MOQ depends on the product. For ferroalloys we supply from 1 ton up to full container loads. For tool steel we quote by grade, size and quantity, and small trial orders are welcome.

We export on FOB, CFR or CIF terms to India, South Korea, Pakistan, Turkey and more. Typical payment is T/T with a deposit and balance against B/L copy. L/C is available for qualified buyers.

We have completed 200+ export shipments, mainly to India (about 97%), Pakistan, South Korea and Turkey, with growing coverage in other regions.

Yes. Every shipment includes a material test certificate with 100% chemical composition, plus ultrasonic testing (UT) per SEP 1921/84 C/c when required.

Yes. We provide cutting-to-size, sawing and custom machining services based on your drawings or specifications.

We keep 1000+ tons of ferroalloy in regular stock (FeMo, FeV, FeCr, FeSi, FeW and FeMn) for fast delivery.

Ferroalloys from stock ship within days. Tool steel lead time depends on grade, size and processing, typically 2 to 6 weeks. We confirm the exact schedule on each quotation.
